- Yeoh Wan Qing: Through social enterprise Hatch, Wan Qing is equipping communities-in-need with digital skills to support their home-based businesses. From hands-on training to contributing to youth policy discussions, she’s showing how citizen-government partnerships can create meaningful, lasting impact.
- Pamela Chua: To honour her late grandfather, Pamela started volunteering with KampungKakis to support isolated seniors like Mdm Koh. From daily phone calls to weekly visits, Pamela shares why befriending a 76-year-old has left her more fulfilled.
- Joyce Lye: By building a community rooted in kampung values, senior changemaker Joyce and her team are creating a kinder, more sustainable Singapore, one restored wheelchair at a time. This is what building a more caring Singapore looks like.
- Shirley Ng: Meet Shirley, who once earned $3 an hour as a young single mum and knows what it’s like to feel lost. Today, with her keen eye and big heart, she has trained over 1,000 youths and inmates on how to make a fine latte for a resilient F&B career, while building their confidence.

- Mohamad Ibrahim: Meet Ibrahim, who found a new calling after 35 years in the corporate world, helping incarcerated fathers rebuild bonds with their kids. From simple letters to life-changing reunions, he’s showing how small steps can heal families.
- Jocelyn Teo: Everyone's mental wellness journey is unique. Through an app they’ve designed, Jocelyn and her team are creating a safe digital space where people can explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace.
- Johny Tan: Johny believes that caring for our shared spaces is essential for building the community spirit. With support from the Love Our ’Hood Fund, he started the Boon Lay Clean-up Project to bring neighbours together.
- Lydia Susiyanti: Meet Lydia, who serves up more than just free breakfast at a void deck for children in her neighbourhood. With every bowl of milk and cereal shared, she's building a community where the kids bond, and feel safe.
- Sarimah Amat: From free enrichment programmes to meals for underprivileged children, changemaker Sarimah and her neighbours are building a culture of giving back – one small act of kindness at a time.
- Lee Seow Ser: One story at a time, Seow Ser and her team are helping to build a more inclusive Singapore. Through children’s books, they’re nurturing young minds to embrace diversity and foster kindness.
